What age do you want displayed in the yard card sign? Write "None" if you don't want an age displayed.

What color do you want “Happy Birthday” to be in the display? If you picked the Big and Bold display the only options we have are: bright pink, light blue, blue, red, gold, lavender, black, white, primary colors, and a teal, pink, yellow combination.

List two to three colors you would like to see in your display? List the colors you like the most first.

List colors you DO NOT want in the display.

For Birthday Deluxe, Big and Bold, Customized, DIY Deluxe, DIY Theme, or Theme rentals, what theme do you want in your display? If we do not have your theme we will contact you right away.

For Birthday Deluxe, Big and Bold, Customized, or DIY Deluxe, list any interest, activities, or hobbies you might like added to your sign
